Welcome to Everkonnect. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our connection app (collectively referred to as “the App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
2. Account Creation
To access certain features of the App, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account.
3. User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
– Post or transmit any content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

11. Your Duty to Verify
It’s solely your responsibility to verify the authenticity of your matches and job-related connections before you enter any deal with them, our duty is only to facilitate matches and connections. Everkonnect or its affiliated companies cannot be held responsible if you suffer any losses from your matches and connections. You must verify before you deal.
12. Data Collection and Storage and Retention
Upon registering on this app, your data are collected, processed and stored for the purpose of rendering the app services to you and marketing purposes.
Your data is retained for a period of 90 days after you delete your account with Everkonnect.
Your data storage and usage will continue as long as you make use of the app. Unless in a situation when we are mandated by government or its agencies to furnish them with a user data and information.
